Net-banking security

  1. Scam message

Someone is trying to log in to your net banking. Open this link and enter the password and OTP so we can block them.

  2. What you might say

The SMS says the OTP is for adding a payee.

  3. Scam message

That is the block message. Read the digits. If you wait, the transfer will go through.

Your bank will never ask you to say your password or OTP on a call.

  1. 01

You are sent to a copy of the bank site

It may also be a call that guides you while you type.

  2. 02

    They collect the login

Customer ID, password, and the SMS code are enough to enter the real account.

  3. 03

    A new payee is added

Money can leave soon after. If this happened, call your bank from the number on the card and call 1930.
